Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time Frame - Advance Notice Requirement: Clients are generally required to cancel their booking at least 36 hours before their scheduled date. - Late Cancellation Window: Any cancellation made within the 36 hours is considered a late cancellation. 2. Penalties for Late Cancellation - Forfeiture of Session: If a client cancels late, they may lose the session or class credit. This means they cannot reschedule the session or receive a refund. 3. No-Show Policy - Definition: If a client does not show up for a class or session without prior notice, it is considered a no-show. - Penalties: No-shows often incur the same penalties as late cancellations, such as losing the session or being charged a fee. 4. Emergency Cancellation - If a client decided to cancel within 36 hours cancellation period due to health reason, the client is required to submit medical certification as soon as possible.
